The APEX Studies are investigating the characteristics of participants, such as the types of cells in their blood or lung function measurements, when they are stable and then compare these characteristics, to those they have when they're having an asthma attack. We are also aiming to improve our ability to predict asthma attacks, by collecting data from devices such as the Smart inhaler
